Drawing inspiration from sports, yoga, calisthenics, and rehabilitation, these workouts prioritize the mind and movement connection.
Kettlebell Core & More: Strength, Cardio, Core & Functional exercises are all included in the 50min class. Exercises will include use of kettlebells, bands, battle ropes, jump ropes, body-weight work & more. Modifications will be provided if needed. All levels are welcome.

The Eagles Network (TEN) is a Network under the umbrella of Eagles International Training Institute (EITI), both founded by Apostle Dr. Pamela Hardy. The purpose of TEN is to train, equip and educate those called to the ministries of dance, mime, pageantry, flags, and drama. TEN also provides training for Dance Ministry Leaders.
