Class Descriptions
The list below is a comprehensive list of fitness classes offered at the TCC. Please review class schedule to review the classes currently being offered.
Abs & Assets: This class is all about snatching your waist and building your glutes with light cardio and specific/ targeted exercises for each area.
Low Impact Workout: Low intensity exercise is a lower impact form of exercise that puts less stress on your muscles and joints but still improves cardiovascular health, muscle strength and burns calories
Total Sculpt Workout: Is a differentiated class that incorporates weight training and cardio in every session. We use free weights, and our own body weight to build muscle and endurance through circuit training. All exercises can be modified so students are safe. This class also requires students to walk/jog.

Spin: Indoor cycling, often called spinning, is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity , and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.
Box & Burn: This interval workout incorporates rounds of Kickboxing combinations mixed with rounds of light weight training and ab work is great help reduce body fat & increase your cardiovascular endurance.
Kettlebell Core & More: Strength, Cardio, Core & Functional exercises are all included in the 50min class. Exercises will include use of kettlebells, bands, battle ropes, jump ropes, body-weight work & more. Modifications will be provided if needed. All levels are welcome.

Afro Beats: Afrobeats is cardio dance class encompassing a fusion of traditional and modern-day African derived movements.

SOULfusion™ is a creative blend of yoga-inspired flows, short cardio bursts, balance sequences, and bodyweight and weighted strength training exercises all set to crazy fun music. It offers modifications for all levels in the group exercise environment (in person or virtual). SOULfusion™ trains strength, balance, and flexibility, and can help improve overall fitness levels. It is driven by music, movement, and motivation. SOULfusion™ is all of your favorite workouts wrapped into ONE!

M1ND: Experience a holistic approach to fitness that nurtures both body and mind. Ml ND workouts are specially designed around the "3 TYs" flexibility, mobility, and stability. Drawing inspiration from sports, yoga, calisthenics, and rehabilitation, these workouts prioritize the mind and movement connection.
Yoga: Is a system deeply rooted in the Ancient Egyptian philosophy, In Person sessions are offered for beginner to intermediate levels. A Portion of the sessions is dedicated to meditation.
